2. How to Book?
The best way to book is on our website as you will receive an immediate confirmation

3. Are there any special offers or promotions?
– Long Stay: We have special prices for guest staying more than 5 nights.
– Weekend Specials:  We have special prices for stays on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
– Special rates can be booked on our own website. Please ensure you fulfill those criteria’s.

If you find a cheaper bookable rate elsewhere, we will give you an additional 20 percent on the cheaper rate.
Terms & Conditions: Cheaper rate should be for the same room type, same dates, same cancellation policy and should be claimed within 24 hours of your booking.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be made by writing to us on resv@theorientalresidency.com

Cancellation Policy may vary for each booking. Please check Cancellation policy depending on the package you would like to book.

6. How to get to the hotel from the Airport

We will be glad to arrange for a transfer from the airport to the hotel.  Please send us your flight details and arrival time at resv@theorientalresidency.com.

Parking Charges would be extra as applicable.

Alternatively there are lots of Prepaid Taxi options at the airport. Please have the Hotel Address/ Telephone Number to avoid any delays.

7. Early Check-in
Our Check-in time is 02:00 PM. We would be glad to give you an early check-in if room is available and ready. In case room is not ready please feel free to leave you luggage with us and start your holiday already.

8. Late Check-out
Our Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. We would be glad to give you late check-out depending on our arrivals for that day. Alternatively upon check-in you could check for half-day rates if you have plans for a late departure.

9. Connecting Rooms
We do not have connecting rooms. But we would be able to give you adjoining rooms depending on your needs. Feel free to share all your requirements with us at resv@theorientalresidency.com

10. Internet
There is free Wi-fi in all rooms and public area for the entire length of your stay, if you book directly with us.

11. Laundry Service
Yes, we do provide laundry service. Just leave your clothes in the laundry bag, which is available in your room and we will do the rest.

12. Things to do in Mumbai
Feel free to browse all the information click here. Alternatively ask your host whilst you are staying with us and we will be more than happy to help you.

13. Where can I shop,dine,party, hangout, etc ?

14. Can I drink water from the Tap?
We would not advise the same. We provide two bottles complimentary bottled water per night during your stay

15. We arrive late at night … Can we get something to eat?
Yes, Our Room Service is open 24 hours. Also we guarantee delivery of food within twenty minutes else the meal is on us !

16. Breakfast hours
Our Breakfast starts at 6:30am till 11:00 am. We want you to sleep till late and enjoy our breakfast too… remember you are on vacation!

17. Do you provide customized meals?
