Cancellations
Cancellations/Changes must be made before 6:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax fees. An early departure fee of one night will be charged if guests check out prior to their departure date. Policies can vary for specials, packages, Early Bird, Long stay, and Extended Stay and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation.

Deposits & Guarantees
A 10 Percent deposit of entire booking stay has to be made to confirm the reservation.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-In time is 3pm. Check-Out time is 12pm. Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed. Late Check-Out must be coordinated with the hotel if it is available. A valid local photo identity card is needed at the time of check-in for Indian citizens. For foreign nationals valid passport and visa is needed at time of check – in.
